Contractors keep their own records current
Your organisation sets the required documents, Heresafe requests them, and contractors submit and update their own insurance, accreditations and RAMS through the Self-Service Portal rather than your team chasing them by email. Each submission goes through Accept/Reject/Refer before joining the live compliance record, separating contractor attestation from verification so nothing is treated as valid until it has actually been reviewed. Insurance verification can also be handled as a distinct check rather than disappearing into a generic “documents” bucket.
