Heresafe is priced by functionality, not by users or sites. You choose the package that matches the features you need – all packages include unlimited users and unlimited sites, so your whole organisation can use the platform without worrying about headcount or locations.
Yes – Heresafe Permits is available as a standalone add-on. You don’t need to be on the Pro tier to digitise your permit to work process.
You’ll typically have access to your Heresafe platform within a week of signing up. Full implementation and training – depending on your chosen package and how much resource you can commit – usually takes between 2 and 12 weeks. You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager throughout, so you’re never left to figure it out alone.
We offer annual contracts, with pricing reviewed at renewal. If you’d like to discuss flexible arrangements, speak to our team when you book a demo.
