Heresafe is priced by functionality, not by user count – every package includes unlimited users and user types. Arrive is uncapped on companies and workers too, since it’s for compliance records only. Work and Stay each include a total allowance of active companies and workers (on a project or issued a permit) that scales with the package — need more, you can top up with an Add-on pack. Enterprise is a custom quote built around your organisation.

No – full digital permit issuance is now included in the Work package, so there’s no separate purchase needed. If you’re on Arrive and need to issue permits, you’ll need to move up to Work.

You’ll typically have access to your Heresafe platform within a week of signing up. Full implementation and training – depending on your chosen package and how much resource you can commit – usually takes between 2 and 12 weeks. You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager throughout, so you’re never left to figure it out alone.

Heresafe gives you the platform to request, review and track credentials, but your team makes the verification decisions – you stay in control of who’s approved to work.
